1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within:
- 24 to 48 hours (1–2 working days) after confirmation
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Once your order is confirmed, it is carefully packed and handed over to our delivery partners.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location in Pakistan:
- Major Cities: 2 to 4 working days
- Other Cities / Rural Areas: 3 to 7 working days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High order volume periods
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on your location and order type:
- Some areas may have standard delivery charges
- Free shipping may be offered on special promotions (if applicable)
Any applicable shipping cost will be clearly mentioned at checkout or confirmed via WhatsApp.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service in most areas of Pakistan.

- Refusing COD orders without reason may lead to future restrictions
